So I missed my flight from Buffalo back to NYC and had an hour and a half to kill at the airport…probably a good thing since I got a ton of work done including this! All over the place as usual, I play everything I like and appreciate at the moment, new and old. SO…I recorded my set at Rise thinking how nice it would be to do a special edition 2+ hour live set…but the recording HAD to mess up and sound extremely distorted…new MacBook shares the headphone and line-in ports, and it’s the only thing that I don’t like about my new laptop since you can’t record and playback at the same time without an external sound card… Either way, as it’s unrecoverable due to distortion/clipping, I decided to knock this mix out tonight after my gig at University of New Haven (shouts!).

This time around, it’s a little bit more of my favorite current “big room house” records (and one of my own, self promotion…i know), kind of inspired by the back half of my RISE set, and of course a few WMC anthems because that’s all I heard about this week from many of my DJ friends. Either way enjoy…I go a little deeper and ride em out a little longer then usual, but what fun is this podcast shit if I do the same thing every time, right?
